JIM GROSSETT

Jim brings deep expertise as a senior, strategic, business focused Human Resources advisor.

Prior to joining Rosenzweig & Company, Jim spent 13 years at Agrium where he had overall responsibility for its global HR function covering 14,000 employees.

Before joining Agrium, Jim was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Molson Inc. and Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Coca- Cola Beverages, Ltd. Jim has his Institute of Corporate Directors - ICD.D designation. He has held positions on the Board of Directors for Alzheimer Society, Alberta and Northwest Territories, Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta, Interlink Community Cancer Nurses and Poverello Charities. He was Chairman of the Human Resource Advisory Council for Seneca College in Toronto as well as Past Co-Chairman of the Human Resource Council for The Grocery Product Manufacturers of Canada.

He earned his B.A. from California State University at Stanislaus.
