Within BMO Financial Group April has led teams of up to 70 HR professionals, and in Senior Line Management has developed high performing teams of 200 + employees.
April is the builder of creative and impactful enterprise-wide strategies including: leading edge Call Centre quality monitoring programs to significantly increase productivity; Branch Network redesign to improve customer satisfaction; Recruitment and Intake programs to reduce hiring time and increase both productivity and quality of hire; Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to effectively compete for best talent; and Leadership Development programs to strengthen leadership capabilities (e.g. Talent Renewal of BMO’s top 500 leaders).
