Bruce advises Chief Executives and their teams on key strategic leadership issues involving succession planning, leadership assessment and organizational design. He has also been responsible for providing coaching and career planning to senior business leaders.
Prior to joining Rosenzweig & Company, Bruce held the position of Managing Director, Leadership Staffing for BMO Financial Group. In this role he led a team of professionals dedicated to the identification, recruitment, and deployment of executive talent across the enterprise. He has held senior Human Resources roles in the Corporate, Investment and International Banking groups within BMO.
