DEANNA MACDOUGAL
Principal
 Deanna
is a principal with Rosenzweig & Company. She brings 17
years of extensive search experience both in the private
and public sector.
Prior to joining Rosenzweig & Company, Deanna co-founded
a successful search practice focused on the consumer
goods, consumer services, and retail sectors. In
addition, she has developed a strong reputation and
track record for recruiting functionally in the realm of
marketing, sales, category management, human resources,
and strategic consulting.
Deanna is also experienced providing coaching and
outplacement career planning services to both companies
and individuals. She is a certified executive coach.
Deanna started her career at Ralph Lauren, progressing
into buying functions and management positions while
attending university. She holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree from the University of Toronto.
Deanna spends her spare time coaching and preparing high
school students for future endeavors, and is involved in
a number of other non-profit endeavors. She is
a member of the National Yacht Club, is an active racer,
and loves the outdoors.
