 Caley
is an associate with Rosenzweig & Company. She is a
critical part of the search team, providing key industry
and candidate research data, candidate screening, and
project management.
Prior to joining Rosenzweig & Company, Caley was a
researcher for a leading corporate insurance brokerage
firm. In this capacity, she benchmarked executive
liability risk transfer patterns of companies in various
industry sectors; and trends in research litigation and
insurance loss claims within the realm of executive
liability.
Caley earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Development
Studies and History from Queen’s University. After the
completion of her studies, Caley travelled extensively
throughout Southeast Asia and New Zealand.
Deeply committed to community involvement, Caley is
involved with a number of not-for-profit endeavors
including Journalists for Human Rights and the Toronto
Humane Society.
