 Bruce
is a partner with Rosenzweig & Company. He brings deep
corporate experience in the acquisition, deployment and
development of executive talent.
Bruce advises Chief Executives and their teams on key
strategic leadership issues involving succession
planning, leadership assessment and organizational
design. He has also been responsible for providing coaching and
career planning to senior business leaders.
Prior to joining Rosenzweig & Company, Bruce held the
position of Managing Director, Leadership Staffing for
BMO Financial Group. In this role he led a team of
professionals dedicated to the identification,
recruitment, and deployment of executive talent across
the enterprise. He has held senior Human Resources roles
in the Corporate, Investment and International Banking
groups within BMO.
Bruce brings to Rosenzweig & Company extensive
experience as a corporate user of executive recruitment
services. His personal and professional experience
provides a unique perspective on managing executive
talent. He has an extensive professional network within
the business community.
