ROSS ROXBURGH

Ross is an advisor to Rosenzweig & Compnay. He is an expert in executive coaching and organizational effectiveness. He is often called upon to consult to clients facing major transformations, be it leadership transition, coaching executives in their new positions, merger and acquisition activity, or significant practice building.

Ross was previously a Senior Partner with a Big Four consultancy where he played a leadership role in their organizational design and strategic change practice.

In more than twenty-five years as an organizational consultant and executive coach, he has worked in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, energy, health, financial services and various levels of government organizations. He has consulted to clients in North America, the Caribbean, Europe and Australia.

Ross earned an Honours B.A. in English, then completed a Masters Degree in Canadian Studies, both at Carleton University. He has also completed the Graduate Program in Organization and Systems Development at The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Ross is a Certified Management Consultant.
