Gian d’Ornellas is an advisor to Rosenzweig & Company. He is Managing Director of Critical Knowledge Inc. He has more than twenty years of experience counseling C-level executives on critical business issues in a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, energy, aerospace, telecommunications, information technology, consumer goods, media, publishing and financial services. He has overseen hundreds of complex projects and led numerous large-scale strategic evaluations.

A magna cum laude graduate of Harvard University and recipient of one of its most prestigious awards, Gian worked as a strategy consultant with a top tier management consultancy, as well as with a Wall Street investment bank and a prominent German private equity firm, prior to leading a strategic practice focused on long-term advisory relationships with CEO’s and other senior business leaders.
