DAVID WEXLER

David Wexler is an advisor to Rosenzweig & Compnay. He is a business focused strategic Human Resources leader who has led Human Resources for highly successful Canadian and multi-national firms including Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Alias Systems Corporation. These businesses have been recognized as being top employers with best-in-class Human Capital practices.

While with Alias, the Company won an Academy Award and was featured on the cover of MacLean’s magazine as a three time winner of Canada’s prestigious Top 100 Employers award.

David received the CSTD (Canadian Society for Training & Development) award for innovation in leadership development, and has taught a post-graduate course on Organizational Effectiveness to University graduates seeking their professional HR designation (CHRP).

David writes a weekly column on “The Business of HR” for www.dangletech.com and technology industry newsletters.

David is a member of the HR Executive Forum, HRPAO, Strategic Capability Network, and the HRPS in the U.S. In addition, he is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and has his Director’s certification (ICD.d).
