FRANK CARNEVALE
Mr. Carnevale is the Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Bridgepoint Group. In
addition to managing the firm, Mr. Carnevale focuses
on strategic growth and project
origination of energy and infrastructure solutions
across the United States and Canada.
Mr. Carnevale is a trusted advisor to public sector
leaders, and continues to develop
successful public private partnerships. Mr.
Carnevale guests lectures at the University of
Ontario Institute of Technology on public private
partnerships. He has been published in
infrastructure, energy and municipal publications,
some of which have included his
perspective on the virtues of public private
partnerships.
Mr. Carnevale has been progressive on bringing
ethics to public sector procurement, and
has lectured on the practice of ethical standards.
Mr. Carnevale actively participates in a number of
industry forums. He has been elected by
his peers to the Board of Directors of the Ontario
Energy Association, where he Chairs the
Conservation and Technology Committee, and is a
member of both the Governance and
Membership Committees.
Prior to establishing Bridgepoint Group in 1998, Mr.
Carnevale gained extensive public
sector experience through his tenure with the
Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto,
followed by the City of Toronto. There, he developed
the legislative expertise and back-
ground necessary to understand key motivators of
decision makers across the broader
public sector.
Mr. Carnevale is a board member of The Canadian
Stage Company, Canada’s largest not-
for-profit contemporary stage company, and
Shelternet, Canada’s only national IT support
and resource network for shelters for women and
their children.
Mr. Carnevale graduated from York University with a
BA degree in Political Science.
