ALAN ZELNICKER

Alan a partner at Rosenzweig & Company, is the leader of our Infrastructure & Clean Economy Partners Practice. He offers extensive experience in the field of executive search, having worked within both leading multi-national and boutique search environments; Alan offers deep expertise in research, process, quality control, and client service. He has successfully completed a multitude of senior-level recruiting assignments for a cross-section of organizations, large and small, often with diverse and complex requirements.

Prior to joining Rosenzweig & Company, Alan was Head of Business Development for a leading provider of information services. In this business, he played a key role in developing successful relationships with channel partners and clients in the financial services and technology sectors.

Before entering the search industry, Alan began his career in corporate communications with a prominent public affairs firm, based in Washington, D.C., where he focused on corporate and governmental advocacy campaigns.

Alan received his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from McGill University, a Master’s Degree in Business Communication from American University, and studied Advanced Graduate Management at Athabasca University.

Alan is a member of the Funding Committee for Autism Speaks Canada and is involved in a number of community based initiatives within the Greater Toronto Area.

Prior to establishing Bridgepoint Group in 1998, Mr. Carnevale gained extensive public sector experience through his tenure with the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, followed by the City of Toronto. There, he developed the legislative expertise and background necessary to understand key motivators of decision makers across the broader public sector.

Mr. Carnevale is a board member of The Canadian Stage Company, Canada’s largest not-for-profit contemporary stage company, and Shelternet, Canada’s only national IT support and resource network for shelters for women and their children.

Mr. Carnevale graduated from York University with a BA degree in Political Science.
